The universal joint needed replacing, a routine job. Except the chainstay threads were completely destroyed. This had to be repaired by installing an oversized thread. The project is complete.
We overhauled the gearbox for this customer. The teeth of the 5th gear were broken. The cause was a loose tensioner bushing. We modified the gearbox with an eccentric bolt by installing it in the end cover. See photos.
We build this bike in commission. The design is the wish of the client. Ofcourse we gave the bike our BCI twist. Custom exhaust system and paint job and a lot of modifications. Rear and front fender, Battery holder, Cockpit, Electrical system, etc etc.
