Moto Guzzi California II 1982

This California II is being restored to concours condition at the owner's request. The motorcycle is being restored from sidecar use back to its original condition. The paintwork, powder coating, chrome work, and the engine block (engine, gearbox, and driveshaft) are being addressed. See photos.

Moto Guzzi Quota 1000 1994

The universal joint needed replacing, a routine job. Except the chainstay threads were completely destroyed. This had to be repaired by installing an oversized thread. The project is complete.

Moto Guzzi V11 Sport 2000

We overhauled the gearbox for this customer. The teeth of the 5th gear were broken. The cause was a loose tensioner bushing. We modified the gearbox with an eccentric bolt by installing it in the end cover. See photos.
